What is the correct cpt for a paraspinal Bx? It isn't for an aspiration but a core bx being done.
 
PREPROCEDURAL ULTRASOUND DEMONSTRATE FATTY INFILTRATION OF THE LEFT PARASPINOUS
MUSCULATURE, WHICH IS INCREASED IN SIZE RELATIVE TO THE CONTRALATERAL RIGHT
SIDE.
THE SKIN WAS PREPPED AND DRAPED IN A STERILE FASHION AND THE SOFT TISSUES
INFILTRATED WITH LIDOCAINE. UNDER ULTRASOUND GUIDANCE A 13-GAUGE COAXIAL NEEDLE
WAS INTRODUCED INTO THE AREA OF FATTY INFILTRATION, AND FOUR 14-GAUGE CORES WERE
OBTAINED. THE NEEDLE WAS WITHDRAWN, HEMOSTASIS WAS ACHIEVED WITH MANUAL
COMPRESSION, AND A STERILE DRESSING APPLIED

I'm thinking 20206, any other thoughts?
