My surgeons will occasionally perform a partial colectomy with ileostomy. No mucus fistula is created. My last op note read in part...

...a right colon resection was performed....I divided the terminal ileum...divided the colon at the hepatic flexure....matured the ileostomy. They do not anastomos the colon. It appears, from the note, to be left in the abdomen.

I have considered 44310, 44141 and 44144-52. Any thoughts?
