Would anyone know what code I can possible use to describe:
Open extended right colectomy with a partial duodenectomy and a repair of the duodenum with a jejunal serosal patch?

I have gone through the CPT 4000 codes and can not really see anything other than coding the partial colectomy is 44160

Other than that, I am clueless......

All suggestions are welcome
