My provider did a robotic assisted laparoscopic right partial nephrectomy of an inferior right renal mass and a superior right renal mass. Would I code this as 50543-RT and 50543-76RT or would it just be 50543-RT? Not sure how to do this?
 
Bill 50543-RT only once. If you spent extra time doing the second lesion and it extended the time of the operation, add modifier -22 and document the extra time spent.
