PA's performing procedures

I was asked to check and see if I could find an answer to this:

Do any of you work for a GI practice that has physician assistants who perform procedures?

If your PA's do perform GI procedures, how are they reimbursed? (85%? 100%?)

For those who do bill for when their PA's are performing procedures, which of your major insurance companies pay for these procedures, and which ones do not?
