PASS-THRU drugs payment under CMS, subject to wage index?

I'm having trouble finding a source document that tells me whether the national amount for a pass thru drug is paid, or whether it is subject to location-specific wage index. It is paid under APC with a status indicator K which just means paid under OPPS, using a separate APC group/payment than the procedure the drug is used with. But nothing about national vs local payment amount. Anyone?
