Wiki Passing percentage for ICD10 proficiency?

Hi - I'm late taking my ICD10 proficiency exam. What is the passing score? I'm taking the timed 75-question test and I have 11 days to pass the exam. I'm not a practicing coder but would like to keep my CPC. Thanks for any information.
