Can someone please tell me...If medical history information is listed in the ROS, can it be counted toward medical history instead of toward ROS, if needed?

Documentation Guidelines state that: The CC, ROS and PFSH may be listed as separate elements of history, or they may be included in the description of the history of the present illness.

Any preformed text is to some degree interpretive - is it defendable? do you have a logical argument? - you should be fine. Oh, and don't double dip.
