Is there a global code for patch testing, which includes application, reads and removal of patches?
 
The code for a patch test is 95044; the number of units billed should equal the number of tests. Per CPT Assistant, the code includes the application of the test and the evaluation of the results.
 
Thank you. So can we collect copay for each visit? or should we only collect copay for visit when patches are applied?
