The provider in my office codes an office visit 99213 along with the code for patch testing 95044 for each of the 3 patch test visits. I disagree with this since a seperate E/M service was not performed. How should these visits be coded? Thanks
 
Hi,
You would bill the 95044 on the first visit. The only time you would bill and office visit when placing the tests is if the patient was see for something else and you have a separate dx.
