How would you bill this one?

I want to use 27488 I'm unsure when it says including total knee prosthesis, all that was removed was the patellar component? Also would 27301 be correct for the irrigation and debridement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

1:Irrigation, debridement, and packing left septic knee
2:Resection of prosthetic patellar component

The previous anterior incision was used upon entering his skin in the joint there was gross purulence and a large amount of fluid was evacuated. Subcutaneous tissues and affected fatty tissue were then excised sharply and cultures sent. The patellar component was noted to be loose and useing an osteotome completed the removal of the patellar component. The superior pole for the patella was again retracted superiorly. I did enter the knee joint and synovium was debrided sharply and excised. We did not have a polyethylene available so I did not exchange the polyethylene at this time. The knee was then packed open.
