DISLOCATION OF KNEE PATELLA LEFT: The patient sustained a first-time, acute left patella dislocation, now reduced. MRI shows no patellar cartilage injury. Will treat non-operatively with patella stabilization brace and physical therapy for post-injury recovery. Follow-up one month to assess progress.

Would I not advise my doctor to code 27560?
