What is the best code to use for a patellofemoral arthroplasty. In my research it goes between 27348 or unlisted code (27599) and I'm leaning towards the unlisted code but also stuck on what code is best to compare it to and how to price it. Any suggestion would be helpful.

We use an unlisted CPT code 27599 compared to 24772 and 27438.
