what could should be used for Patellofemoral Arthroplasty? 27466 reads Arthroplasty, knee condyle and plateau; medial OR lateral compartment. no option for patellofemoral arthroplasty. Aetna insurance

We have used 27437-22 to capture the femoral portion of the procedure. Just be careful as some carriers do not cover this procedure. Some use an Unlisted code but most of my docs did not like that option..
