Should you always wait for the path report to bill for the dx for appendectomy's ?
also if b-9 how do you bill for that ?

We would wait for appendectomy paths if needed. You never know, for certain, what will be found...

why wouldn't you wait for a path report? Just curious. If path is benign code to signs and symptoms - RLQ pain, abnormal CT, etc.
