What coding resources do you recommend for pathology (professional services)?

I'm seeking literature, webinars, classes, etc. Anything related to medical coding for pro fee pathology.

If you were unable to attend the Dr. Kendall pathologist's forum this evening. It is being scheduled again (semi-annually) for 9/17 at 5 pm CST for 2 hours if you want to "save the date".

PATHOLOGY SERVICE CODING HANDBOOK published by American Pathology Foundation (APF) *Of note, I'm unaware of cost as mine is a work provided reference; however, it's a jewel once u learn how to utilize it correctly!
