Can anyone please help with this question?

When a patient has multiple biopsies and 88305 is billed in multiple units and the biopsies are in multiple sites,
do you attach all of the diagnosis to the 88305 x (number of path), or just attach one diagnosis.

the coding class reference book we have on file states to only attach one diagnosis... I feel that all of the them should be attached for correct reporting.
