I work in a ASC and one of the Dr.'s offices that use our center now has their own lab and doing their own pathology. My problem is when getting these reports they no longer have a dx of the findings, only the indication of why it was done. Is there some good way to learn path reading/billing. This was thrown at me with no warning it was about to take place and have to admit I am a bit overwhelmed with it.
