Patient has a elevated PSA, diagnosis is "benign urine cells clusters with blood consistent with instrumentation." not sure what diagnosis code to use, only other info is elevated PSA. 88305 is a cell block was made but this is not a Prostate Biopsy. trying to avoid a denial for needing a HCSPCS code.

Thanks for your help in advance.
