I'm assuming we are dealing with something in the 996.7- range, other complications of internal prosthetic device, implant or graft. I don't know what this device is though.

To use 996.75 assumes there was a complication.
Documentation provided does not indicate a complication.
Perhaps the surgeon needs to be questioned.
