I was wondering if anyone knows what law it is that talks about refunding patient overpayments at a physicians office? Also is there just one website I can go to to find all of the laws and regulations on Medical Billing and Coding.
I'm thinking about starting my own Medical Billing Company, but I'm trying to learn as much as possible first regarding the laws, so any help and resources that someone with extensive experience can help guide me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
