Checking again on knee surgery.Doctor wants #29881-partial medial menisectomy,#29875-plica, and #29877-chondroplasty.Can all three be billed out sepatately?Should modifiers 51 or 59 be used?

Hi, in my neck of the woods, we would do 29881 (LT or RT), 29875-59 (LT or RT) and more probably than not, G0289 (LT or RT) as most payers do not recognize the 29877 unless it is billed by itself.
