When doing a NST on patient who are pregnant with twins, or triplets should the NST be billed twice, etc.? We have difference of opinion and I need to find where in writing I could find this information .

Yes, each fetuses' heartrate is being measured. There is a CPT Assistant article from Dec 2008 that discusses billing of multiple NSTs, both for a single fetus on the same day, and as well as for twins. The UHC Obstetric Policy references this article here
