Wiki Patient's being seen in a workshop site.

I have a Physician who is going to be seeing Developmentally Delayed adults at a workshop setting they attend everyday. Many do not have primary care physicians so the physician will be providing services. Does anyone have suggestion as to the E&M to bill for these services?
