We have an Oncology Center and an Infusion Therapy Center in our facility and we have a few patients who bring their own medications for injection and infusion purposes.
Any advice on how to bill these out correctly?

I'm not sure for the infusion. But, in our office when a patient brings in their own meds or if their ins. pays for the med & it is shipped to our office, we bill for the "administration of the injection" Only.
