Wiki Payers Accepting Split/Shared FS/GC Modifier

We have been coding Medicare and Commercial payers with SS rules (using FS/GC modifiers for BSBS & Medicare) . We have NOT been following split/shared for Medicaid. Does anyone have reference to where Medicaid states they do or do not allow split/shared?
