Does anyone know the percentage Medicare will pay over and above the allowed amount for modifier 22 Thank You

I don't think there is anything specifically published on the amount since it's pretty rare to use it. I've never used it, but I think the best bet would just be to try it with required documentation and see what happens.

I have used it on rare occasion when our urologist had to perform a little longer surgery than anticipated due to unanticipated issues. We have been reimbursed by MCR but I couldn't tell you the percentage. Sorry
