We are a Professional Based Billing Office and have noticed since late June/early July claims for 11055 with 11720XS and 11719 with 11720XS are being stopped by Traditional Medicare. Cannot even get them out the door. On our professional billing side, we are having no issues with these code combinations. Does anyone know if Medicare added a claim edit for these codes?
