Can the surgeon bill for placement of Cesium mesh for brachytherapy if being supervised by an oncology raidiologist? If so what CPT code would be used? It is a commercial insurance patient.
 
I found out that in my situation they can. and the CPT code is 77778, for what I was coding. Thanks
