We do a respiratory panel in our lab and I'm having a hard time getting 87633 paid. Can someone please give me some advice on how to get reimbursed. We bill the following:
87635
87633
87998
87998-59
87581

Everything else is being reimbursed. The rep is saying we need to bill with PLA 0223U. My question with that is, does that replace the 87633 or is it in addition to? Please help.
