Hi All -

I'm trying to determine if I should be using 99.55 (Prophylactic admin. of vaccine against other diseases) or 99.59 (Other vaccination and inoculation - vaccination NOS) for a newborn receiving a Hep B vaccine? Any help and supporting documentation of why would be a great help!
