What code is used for when a patient comes in for Immunotherapy with peanut ingestion? The patient came in and was given peanut flour every 15 minutes. Monitoring was done for the next hour. Procedure started at 9am to 11:30am. Can I use an oral challenge code 95076 or should this be coded with just an E/M? Thanks for the help!
