I have been getting conflicting answers. If you practice in two states (Ohio & WV) and have two Medicare provider numbers but only one EIN number do you have to have multiple enrollments in the Pecos system. Since you use your NPI number and not your Medicare provider numbers (TPAN) i would think once would be enough. We have already did this once and received a confirmation from our contractor (Palmetto) with state (WVa), status (Approved). Thanks for the help. Do not want to have to do this again.
