Can anyone help me with the procedure code and diagnosis code for a pectoralis reconstruction and a pectoralis tear?

The one time I had one of these to code I used 24341. The op note I had was clear that the repair was being done in the upper arm area. Not sure where yours took place.

I also use CPT 24341 for pec. and 840.8 for traumatic rupture DX, if your op note reflects such.
