Can we code a pectoralis muscle biopsy as biopsy of lung? The lesion to
be biopsied is in the medial aspect of the pectoralis major muscle.

Can we code this scenario with 32405 or 20206(with apprpriate guidance)

It should be 20206 with appropriate guidance. As per anatomy of this muscle it is located or covers the ribcage.
(The Pectoralis Major muscles (also known as the Pecs) are located on the front of the rib cage)
