I am looking for a code for the following situation...

12 yo 6 months status post Nuss, concerns bar may be moving some, but all looks ok on chest xray....old incision was opened and the dissections was carried sharply to bar....#2 vicryl used through both sides of stabilizer....3 pt fixation used on each side and 2 pt through bar as it passed through stabilkizer....2-0 vicryl used to go around bar medial to stabilizer and 2 pts fixation of bar along chest wall. wound was closed etc etc etc

I would rather NOT use an unlisted procedure, but that is where i am leaning.

Any thoughts???:)
