Hello, I need some assistance on how to code for labs being done for travel clearance. We have a patient who needed a Hemoglobin and a UA done. That is all they came in for no office visit done. Physician used ICD code Z91.89 Other specified personnel risk factors, not elsewhere classified. I'm not completely confident that this is the correct ICD to use. I could really use some guidance on coding for travel purposes as I am having a hard time finding information on this.

Thanks:confused::confused:
