I am needing help to figure out if anyone knows anything about coding ICD-10 of immunizations but my question is: currently on the CMS form you have to have a valid ICD-9 code to go with the CPT codes with the diagnosis pointer, when I code the immunizations that children get, I have different V codes for each of them, when I convert them to ICD-10, it only brings up 1 code that applies to each, will I have to put this code multiple times or will I be able to connect each immunization to the one code?
