Does anyone know where I can get a list of pediatric risk adjust DX codes (HCC)? My office is looking at all pediatric encounters to see if a risk adjustment education for providers is needed. All I can find is how to categorize the risk, not the actual conditions that adjust. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am new to risk adjustment coding.
