New to IOMN billing. Is it appropriate to bill a 95870 for pedicle screw testing? I am thinking this is bundled with the intraoperative monitoring CPT 95940/95941. They are also doing SSEP and EMG along with it. I appreciate any help!
 
pedicle screw stimulation testing performed during intra-operative monitoring is included in the EMG monitoring and should not be billed as nerve conduction studies, etc.
