If I could please get some help with this Dx. Path reoprt has Pedunculated Tubular Adenoma with high grade dysplasia. 211.3 -VS-230.3?? :confused:

Adenomas are coded with the neoplasm table by site, benign. Pedunculated is stalk-like. So I would guess the adenoma is long and thin in appearance. Hope that helps.
