Wiki Peer Support Specialist billing G0177

I have a question in regards to services provided by a peer support specialist. I understand that code G0177 is billable only after the 45 minute mark has been reached; however does that mean that it’s non-billable before the 45 minutes, or is there another code that needs to be in place of the G0177 for the first 45 minutes?

H0038 is for Peer support per 15 min. We bill this to Medicaid and are paid per unit.
