The endoscope was introduced through the mouth and advanced to the gastric stoma. G tube was removed with snare and external portion cut and tube pulled out a 20 French button was then inserted. Patient has medicare insurance. Would I bill for just a peg change? or do I also bill for removal of foreign body?
