Wiki PEG tube removal in the OR

We have a patient that needs his PEG tube removed. Refused to have it done in the office. Our Dr. took him to the OR and under sedation removed the PEG tube.
Any thought on how to code this one,

I had one of these today and I used 43870

I think I would use 43760 with a 52 modifier.
