Patient underwent an exam under anesthesia due to a pelvic mass found during a separate procedure the day prior. It was suspected to be cervical cancer. During this exam, a biopsy of the uterine cervix was taken. Pathology states "moderately differentiated p16 positive squamous cell carcinoma". Would I code 57500 only for this procedure?

When I run those codes through a scrubber, it comes up as 57500 is bundled (cannot be overriden with modifier) into the pelvic exam under anesthesia. You would bill only that.
