Can someone please help me code this. There are 2 different doctors on this.

Doctor 1-After adequate general anesthesia, the patient was placed
in the dorsal lithotomy position and was prepped and draped in the usual manner.
I and O catheterization was performed. A careful exam under anesthesia
Revealed a palpably normal cervix. Bivalve speculum was then placed, which was
not able to visualize her cervix. Eventually, a single-tooth tenaculum was
placed by palpation only and right angle retractors were used along with a vaginal sidewall
retractor for visualization of the cervix. Doctor 2- then came in and implanted 8 small seed implants circumferentially around the cervical os. There was minimal bleeding that was easily controlled with
pressure.
