How would you code this procedure? Dr. was called into a general surgeons case, where the colon tumor was so big it was completely up against the prostate. Our urologist came in and had to explore the pelvis on an open procedure of the colon and basically pulled the prostate away from the colon and held it while the colon was being operated on.
