Wiki Pelvic fractures

One of my ortho docs did closed treatment on a right inferior ramus fracture and closed treatment on a sacral fracture. The code I used is 27193. I need to know if you can bill that code twice (27193,RT and 27193,59) since there are two injuries or does it cover both since their both in the pelvic ring? Please help me!

There is an MUE edit of 1 for this procedure, so you can only bill it one time and includes all fractures in the pelvic ring area.
