Patient comes in w/ LLQ pain with inguinal pain w/ suspected hernia to do US? What CPT would you use? 76857, 76705 or 76882? Thanks for the help.

Per the CPT book guidelines

Male Pelvis includes Bladder, Prostate, seminal vessels and any pelvic pathology.

Abdominal includes liver, gall bladder, common bile duct, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, and the upper abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava
