One of our physicians is billing pelvic floor therapy and wants to bill 729.1 for pelvic pain when billing pelvic floor therapy. He says it will not pay with diagnosis code 625.9, but I am not certain 729.1 is the correct ICD-9 code.

Is there anyone familiar with this process who may have some insight into this?
